It is very detailed and you can see there is quite a lot work in it, the shading looks good and everything else too.
(i like his beard and his hair)
One minor point his hand is a little pit big i mean it looks nearly bigger than his head the proportion hand/head is a little off.
But all other points its still a very good Picture. ^^
Sorry, it was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the picture. Looks great, though!
I didn't think anyone would actually do that one.
